It has been six months since the completion of our kitchen and we are as thrilled now as when we first contemplated the renovation. The design is exactly what we wanted and we thank you for working so closely with us in spite of our daughters running through your showroom and the constant changes we made as we moved forward.
Your suggestions were always made with our best interest in mind and you were always there with a solution when issues arose. It was, however, the personal attention you gave to out project that meant the most to us. Visiting the site on a regular basis, following up with calls and always taking the time to treat us as not only valued customers, but also as friends, were the special qualities that we most appreciate. Your incorporating a door with glass was ingenious, providing interest in an otherwise solid expanse of wood. And the beveled formica makes for an elegant finish. (See! I didn't need granite.) I recently built a new home and I am writing to let you know that the kitchen turned out to be the focal point of the house. I especially wanted to acknowledge Nick Bassila who was immensely helpful in the design and concept of the kitchen layout. Let it be known Nick was extremely patient with us and would not be satisfied until we were completely happy with everything. We must have made at least six trips to the showroom, each time with different ideas. Nick patiently helped us along until we no longer had any doubts of what we wanted. Sometimes kitchens can be difficult to co-ordinate, but I found Nick to be very professional in all aspects from selling to installing and everything in between. We now have a kitchen that is worthy of a magazine photo. Special thanks to Nick for his patience and Help.
